It’s a pretty solid plan but there are factors that could determine whether or not you do good with it. Choosing the right keywords, choosing supporting keywords with enough searches, backlinks, how closely you follow the plan etc.

I see success stories all the time on Wealthy Affiliate. Your gravatar looks familiar, are you a member there? If you search online too you’d find success stories also.

I don’t know about the present customer service. I think she has a customer service website (forgot what you call those) that is dedicated to OWM. Here’s what they say in the FAQ:
